Content is provided to help locate and evaluate genealogy sources. Dates and counts describe the cited collection at the verification date and may change. The site does not guarantee completeness, availability, accuracy of third-party indexing or a particular research result.
You may quote short passages with a link to the relevant page. Dataset facts should be cited with the visible source URL and verification date. Generated pages, design, illustrations and original explanatory writing remain subject to applicable copyright law.
Responsible use
Do not use the site to harass, identify or profile living people. Respect repository terms, image licences, data-protection rules and any restrictions attached to the original material. External organisations control their own catalogues, subscriptions, opening hours and copying services.
